Founded in 2000, JT Petunia’s Cleaning Service was a name that was known in the Hudson Valley. Servicing a variety of establishments, specializing in medical facilities. My late father and I built a trust in our clients which laid the foundation for our success for many years. In October of 2021, my father passed unexpectedly leaving me to keep his reputation strong within the area. Changing our name to John Allen was the best way I could keep my father’s legacy alive while showcasing his pride and integrity, in each home and establishment that we service. John Allen Commercial Cleaning is a company like no other. We continue to pride ourselves around 3 core values that my father was most passionate about.

Our Scope Of Work
General Interior Cleaning
· Empty/clean trash cans and replace liners.
· Dust high and low corner areas of ceilings and baseboards.
· Clean all glass doors and windows.
· Dust all computers and screens.
· Dust/ wipe down all exposed areas of desks, furniture, phones, countertops, office equipment, file cabinets and chairs.
· Sweep, mop and sanitize all hard surface floors.
· Vacuum all carpet areas.
· Dust light fixtures and vents.
· Dust wall décor, blinds and sills.
Restroom Area
· Empty/clean trash cans and replace liners.
· Sanitize sinks, urinals, toilets, countertops, partitions, grab bars and dispensers.
· Clean mirrors.
· Refill dispensers.
· Sweep, mop and sanitize hard surface floors.
· Vacuum any carpet areas or rugs.
· Spot clean doors, door frames and walls.
· Polish all stainless areas.
Cafeteria/Kitchen Areas
· Empty/clean trash cans and replace liners.
· Clean and sanitize exposed areas of tables, countertops and backsplashes.
· Sanitize/clean sinks, water fountains and water coolers.
· Wipe down coffee pots, microwaves and refrigerators.
· Refill towel and soap dispensers.
· Sweep, mop and sanitize all hard surface floors.
· Clean pedestals and table/chair legs.
· Dust wall décor, blinds and sills.
· Dust corners of ceilings and baseboards.
· Vacuum all carpet areas.
